The participants also got to know the development plans of the Slovak city July 29-31, 2022. between at the event held in Lučenec. The delegations of the six partner cities also examined the areas in which they could submit additional joint applications. The heads of the delegations jointly chose the environmental, economic and climate-conscious development areas as possible areas of future cooperation.
In parallel with the professional event, the Novohrad Folklore Festival took place in the city. In the festival (which has a multi decades history), folk dance groups made shows, from Europe, including the hungarian and polish partners cities dancegroups.
